There's a reset button on the bottom of the speaker close to where you plug the power supply cable in. You may need to use something really small like a hair pin or tooth pick.

Please try again later.You have to uninstall the Google home app from your smartphone, then reset your internet modem, reinstall the Google home app, then set up your JBL 300 speaker through the same app ( as when you first bought it ) ( note, prior to relaunching the speaker, make sure the WiFi is blinking on the bottom of the speaker ) I learned this by calling AT&T.
