You can depending on how old your computer is. My computer was fairly new and I still need to update my Bluetooth driver to work with JBL speakers. You can also use the auxiliary input on some of the JBL speakers. I wouldn't recommend using the speaker with the computer simply because it's is single mono speaker. I would recommend getting the JBL Flip 5. I would get two of them. Then you can link them together.

Yes you can, you can connect this via Bluetooth or 3.5mm aux.
