A:AnswerHey, so you may have to turn off the xbox audio through TV when headsets are plugged in. I used to have that same problem until I found out that option in settings. Hopefully this helps!

NICE HEADSET...BUT LOSING POWER DURING GAMEPLAY IS REALLY ANNOYING. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THE 3.5MM DOESNT WORK WHILE CHARGING...SEEMS LIKE AN OVERSIGHT ON JBLS PART. WOULD EXPECT BETTER FOR THE PRICE.
