NO. AND THE ANSWER HERE BY JBL IS WRONG. I READ THROUGH THE MANUAL AND IT CLEARLY SAYS THE DEVICE CANNOT BE USED WHILE CHARGING. IF JBL IS SO CONFIDENT OF THEIR ANSWER, THEY SHOULD GIVE A TUTORIAL ON HOW TO PERFORM THIS ACTION. NICE HEADSET...BUT LOSING POWER DURING GAMEPLAY IS REALLY ANNOYING. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THE 3.5MM DOESNT WORK WHILE CHARGING...SEEMS LIKE AN OVERSIGHT ON JBLS PART. WOULD EXPECT BETTER FOR THE PRICE.

Please try again later.No you cannot, and to add. although you can use the 3.5 mm jack when the headset is off, you cannot use the 3.5 mm jack while its charging and off (ive used both my phone, computer and two audio jacks to confirm, it was only after i unplugged the USB-C that the device worked). the worst design decision i have seen in a while. I recommend having a another set of headphones just in case. (Im not a designer, but if the intention was to push people to have better charging habits, it was the wrong move. let them be the arbiter of there own devices)

You must choose to listen through the head jack on the computer otherwise it won't work. Very bad design, not sure why JBL did this. very short-sided of them. Also, there "help" section on the app; that should talk about this and it does not .

The Bluetooth functionality is disabled while charging. The hard line to the 3.5mm jack is disabled when charging. When the device is charging, it cannot be used. The device cannot be used, while charging. I did not miss any details. The answer to the question is simply "no." Some headphones can be used while charging. This set cannot. Full stop.

Please try again later.It can but u are required to use the 3.5mm jack I tend to put the usb c in first but it doesnt matter, I've had 2 of these headphones as I had to RMA my last due to a buzzing noise, i have them plugged in for about 30 minutes then take them off. But using them with the rgb off on full charge gives around 12 hours use
