Thanks for your question. Please make sure you are using a flat-bottom paper filter that is compatible with a 12-cup coffee maker. We recommend using 1 tablespoon of ground coffee per cup. The maximum capacity for regular ground coffee is 15 tablespoons and 12 tablespoons for decaf. Exceeding this amount may cause overflow. We hope this helps but if you are still experiencing an issue, we highly recommend you reach out to our Customer Service team at 866-901-2739. They will be happy to assist you further.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your basket and see if it is operating properly. I've never had this problem and I make a full pot every time. Also check the grind and make sure it is for drip makers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the filter & coffe holder sets down properly and snaps into place - this assires that the little dome on the center of the carafe lid (with the hole in it) opens the holder fully - otherwise, it has no exit until it overflows and all over everywhere as you mention! It took me a bit to keep this in mind!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine does the same thing. Worst/messiest coffee makes we’ve ever had. We tried several ‘remedies’ and will just replace it with another brand.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Where u put the filter n the big pot the holder won’t come out of the double key rig why
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.other than confirming the carafe is in place, make sure the release valve the the carafe pushes up on the coffee maker is not clogged.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the carafe is not centered on the heat plate, then the coffee will not flow into the carafe and will fill the filter and overflow as it cannot hold 8-12 cups. There is a plastic bump on the top of the carafe that pushes against a valve in the filter section. If the carafe is fully centered on the heat plate, then the valve will open and allow coffee to flow into the carafe. If not fully centered, then bad news. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This has NEVER happened to me. Are you sure your filter cup is not plugged, still taped, or not opening when the pot is put underneath?? I do 12 cups every morning.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
