Check your black plastic pour spout for a very thin parting line in the plastic. This raised parting line runs from the inside of the spout (where the coffee first touches the spout) to the outside rim of the carafe. This line allows the coffee to travel out of the spout and down the outside of the carafe. Using 220 grit sandpaper, gently sand the parting line smooth on the thin edge that the coffee pours over. This worked perfectly for me! Good Luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1) File down the line located on the spout, nail file worked fine. 2) Remove plastic piece on handle side of pot, I used a wide pair of player and it snapped right off. That thin piece is not allowing the lid to sit down properly and securely. These two modifications eliminated leaking as coffee is being poured.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Our Keurig Duo is brand new…carafe leaks with every single pour all over the counter. I can’t believe Keurig hasn’t fixed this. My Cuisinart never did this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The carafe design is flawed. The replacement carafe Keurig sent me had the same problem. Keurig has known about this flaw for quite awhile and have not yet fixed it. I sure hope they do in the future.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Use fingernail file or 220 sandpaper to easily remove the thin sharp line inside the spout. Doesn’t take much. Worked great after that
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine does too. Brand new out of the box
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Some overpaid suit at Keurig made the “executive” decision to NOT fix the design flaw because it would impact his bonus. This is fact.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had two carafes leak - not from the spout, but from the location of where the black portion connects with the stainless portion. Keurig needs to fix this problem. They are sending me a third replacement.,
