Questionis there a device that allows one to NOT USE PODS but use a device in which we place our own coffee in it? The OLD model we use now uses such a device. BTW my current Keurig has served us well over the last 10 years plus. Thanks

QuestionDoes this brewer recognize off brand pods (not Keurig brand)?

- Answer I have tried using eco-pods (name brands)--the kind with the rounded paper bottom. I cannot get the top to close properly on the coffeemaker to pierce the top of the pod. They are not a good fit for the new Keurig.

QuestionHi. Two questions: 1) how tall is the unit with the top open to insert a pod? And I mean max height, all the way open. It would go in a bookshelf. and 2) is the water tank removable so I can go fill it at the sink? Thanks!

- Answer Thanks for your question! The K-Supreme with its handle open is 16.94". The water reservoir is removable for easy refilling. Hope this helps!

- Answer You are not limited to brewing only Keurig pods in the K-Supreme coffee maker, however, we recommend brewing with our branded or licensed K-Cup pods for the best brewing and beverage experience. We hope this is helpful!

- Answer Thank you for your question. The dimensions of the K-Supreme with the water reservoir on the left side are 8.0”W x 12.1”D x 12.2”H and the dimensions with the water reservoir n the rear of the coffee maker are 6.4”W x 15.4”D x 12.2”H. We hope this helps!

- Answer Hi Edna, thank you for your question. The K-Supreme coffee maker can be powered by a 120 VAC source (50/60 Hz). The current UL rating is for 1,520 watts and can be found on the base of the brewer (be cautious if tipping brewer over to look at base). We hope this helps!

- Answer The Keurig My K-Cup Universal Reusable Coffee Filter is compatible with all Keurig Home Coffee Makers. Please note, you may need to remove the 2.0 adapter on the bottom of the accessory and the K-Cup Holder in your brewer in order for it to fit properly.
