“This amp's specs say it doesn't need an LOC. It uses either FIT1, FIT2, or FIT+. The latest version 2019, shows this model to use FIT+ technology. Has anyone used this feature or are guys still installing this amp with an LOC?”

You will have to purchase speaker wire to RCA adapters. Kicker sells them on their website for about $15 I think. Hook those from your speaker wires to your amp. Be sure to switch the input button on your amp to HIGH instead of low. DO NOT USE THIS PLUS A REMOTE WIRE. You dont need a remote wire with amp wired this way. It senses signal from your speakers and automatically turns on.
