“What is better for home theater Klipsch R-14M or Klipsch R-14M”

I don't get the question. I will try and give you my opinion on the R14M speakers. They sound amazing as my rear surrounds. I would say that they would be a nice choice as the mains in a small apartment room as well. I would get the R10SW subwoofer to complete the set. In our case, we had the speakers as a backup plan in case they didn't have the rear surrounds in stock. Well, it turns out they didn't have our first choice in stock and we then purchased the R14M's and what a blessing. They should have been on our A-list for sure.
