• The Ultimate version come with the transfer cable, but you have to purchase the physical product. Best Buy does not sell the cable. Just do a search for a "crossover" cable from a local or internet seller. If you transfer using your home network, then you do not need the cable.

• it takes a special cable and BB does not have it. you can get it from Amazon for about $39. however you dont need it laplink works wireless or with an eithernet cable.

• The PCmover Ultimate comes with an Ethernet cable. Can only be used if the port exists on both machines. Wifi is the default method of connection and is relatively slow. Only the Laplink USB Cable 3.0, 2.0 works with the software. We can even use an external hard drive as a container of the transfer file that can be unloaded on the new machine. A 24/7 chat and phone support where they can assist you with the migration set up.
