Yes, but just barely. Nvidia recommends an RTX3060 or higher for the best VR experience (emphasis on the "or higher"). This rig does come with the RTX3060 and does allow for overclocking should you want to try going that route.

You can charge a VR headset to the computer easily with USB 3.0. There are several VR headsets to buy, but the PlayStation VR will not work with any PC. The Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, Valve Index VR Kit, HTC Vive Pro 2, and HP Reverb G2 will work as they have there own interface. The older hubquest and others have there own UI as well.
