What is the maximun capacity of the RAM? null

I own this Laptop and have found out through Memory Configuration from Crucible that the 16 GB 3200 Ram does indeed work making total of 20 GB with the onboard memory. I have this memory configuration installed and working in my Lenovo Idea Pad 3 Touch Screen. The Previous answer from Lenovo is wrong! I checked my System Memory and it verifies the Memory is recognized!
