In the Level app, each lock can have its own individual settings for things like Auto-Lock or Auto-Unlock which could make them operate simultaneously. However, it is not possible to control two locks with a single tap in the app. Each lock tile would have to be pressed individually. Alternatively, you could create a Scene in Apple Home to control both locks with one command.

If you want to open both you need the level lock / bolt combo that’s all in one and then replace the locks at a local hardware store if you want to key to rest of your home. I can’t lock the bottom lock or the deadbolt will open with the app and I can’t get in because bottom is still locked. I didn’t know this when I bought it but it’s frustrating. I’ll be upgrading to the other lock soon.
