Lexie, thank you for mentioning the telecoil in this Answer. Why is the telecoil not mentioned in the description or the specs?? That's a VERY important and valuable feature, that should be highlighted as a difference in this model. Your marketing team (and Best Buy) are missing the boat by not highlighting/explaining this very valuable feature!
