QuestionHi, I just got my Ref with the craft ice and it is making it but it is not all the way round, it is like missing a top. will they be all round?? it has make about 12 balls already but they all had like a dent. They are not all clear like a little cloudy

- Answer If you are making 3 at a time they will be more clear...but to get the most craft ice in a day, I use 6 at a time. Non clearness doesn't bother me. Yes they all have a notch in them I suppose where they set as they freeze.

QuestionWE had our fridge delivered yesterday (been over 24 hours) and my fridge and freezer are not getting cold. The fridge is stuck at 50 degrees and the freezer 40. I did read online it can take 24-48 hours to reach temp but honestly is that true?

QuestionYou say this product is stainless steel. Magnets do not stick to stainless but will stick to brushed steel which it appears this is. The price paid is for stainless. It also shows fingerprints and rolls back due to door slams which book says soft closure

QuestionI purchased this fridge a year ago and have yet to get a craft ice ball that is completely spherical. All of them are about 90% spherical with a flat top on them. Is this normal? Is there an adjustment to be made? My water pressure is 32 psi.

- Answer Did they reply with the amount of food in the Fridge can effect the roundness of the ice? Come on. --- My Fridge does the same thing, with Death Star looking craft ice. (Can't call them balls, they aren't round all the way around.)
