    • Answer There is a vent at the bottom that you should be mindful of during installation. Do not block the oven air exhaust located at the bottom of the oven. Blocking the exhaust may cause cabinet damage and product malfunction. ^Daphane

  • QuestionThe lower oven fan is very loud when preheating and while on, the upper oven does not make this same noise. Is it possible the fan is loose?

    • Answer The LG 9.4 cu. ft Total Capacity Double Wall Oven, Model # LWD3063ST has to be hard wired (direct wired) into an approved junction box. A plug and receptacle is not permitted on wall ovens. The junction box must be recessed and the conduit connector must be used at the junction box. The minimum height for the location of the junction box has to be 42" above the support platform. ^CP

  • QuestionAre these ovens true European convection with the element on the back of the each oven? I see the fan but not the element

    • Answer I can't speak as to whether the oven are true European ovens as I am not familiar with European ovens but what I can say is that the elements and fan are on the back and as it appears the temperature readings are true and accurate and evenly dispersed. I am impressed with the presentation of the ovens as they are elegantly put together.

    • Answer The doors for the LG 30" Built-In Electric Convection Double Wall Oven with EasyClean® - Stainless steel, Model # LWD3063ST are Lift-Off Oven Doors that you can remove so you can open them to clean between the glass ( see instructions on page 37 in your owner's manual). There is no way to determine how the food got between the glass without inspecting the doors...^Ivan
