Depends on the temperature you're targeting - it took 13 minutes for the oven to heat up to 425 degrees.

The higher the preset temperature is, the longer it will take to preheat to that set temperature and the oven will take longer to preheat in cooler weather than in warmer weather. It should take approximately between 10 to 15 minutes. ^CP
