It is my understanding these newer machines are like a combination of the old but true agitator models but with newer, efficient commercial front load technology. So the agitator gently rolls your clothes rather then the twisting and swishing around like they used to. Mae sure you are using HE detergent and enough for the size load you are washing, I’d say.
