The low water level is normal and how much is added depends on the size of the load. If you want a lot of water, regardless of the load size, you will need to use the deep fill option.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, Cheryl. Thank you for sharing your experience with your new LG WT6105CW top-load washer. It’s understandable to have concerns about water levels during operation. This model is designed with an automatic sensing feature that adjusts the water level based on the load size; however, it may not fill to the maximum level unless the deep fill option is selected. If you find that the water level is insufficient for your loads, using the deep fill button is a great way to ensure that your items are fully submerged for optimal cleaning. If you have further questions or if the issue persists, please feel free to send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport. We're here to help you with any additional concerns you may have. Thank you for choosing LG! —Avril
