• A:Answer Refresh rate is an LED LCD specification. OLEDs have a native 120 Hertz panel and have a refresh rate of as low as 0.001 ms which for reference is around 1,000 times faster that a standard LED LCD panel. ^CP

The settings menu on the LG B9 55 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # OLED55B9PUA you can navigate to the AI Acoustic Tuning (Settings > Advanced Settings > Sound > AI Acoustic Tuning) then scroll down to Bass Boost to deselect it if it is selected. Selecting this option outputs AI Acoustic Tuning-adjusted audio with an emphasis on bass. You will also find an Equalizer in the Sound Mode Settings that you can adjust. The lower frequency of 100Hz and 300Hz can be adjusted for the bass...^IFV

Q: QuestionI purchased the LG - 55" Class - OLED - B9 Series and will wall mount it. The holes in the back of the TV are smaller than in my previous TV, so I need to purchase different bolts to mount. What size bolts are needed to fit the TV to the mount bracket?

This TV has a VESA Wall Mount Interface Pattern of 300 x 200 mm so make sure that your Wall Mount supports that pattern otherwise the VESA Mount bolt holes on the TV will not align with those on your current mount if it doesn't support that pattern...^IFV

Q: QuestionSo I have a Vizio 55 inch, and was looking to upgrade. The VESA on that is 400 x 400. I have a mount that the Vizio is on. Will the LG fit on the mount even though the VESA is 300 x 200? The mount is adjustable

• A:Answer What the VESA Wall Mount Interface Pattern of 300 x 200 for the LG B9 55 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # OLED55B9PUA is informing you about is that the VESA Mount bolt holes are 300 millimeters apart horizontally and 200 millimeters apart vertically. The VESA Mount bolt holes for a VESA Wall Mount Interface Pattern of 400 mm x 400 mm will not align with those for a 300 x 200 mm pattern. Unless you can adjust your current VESA Wall Mount so that it aligns with the 300 x 200 mm pattern on the TV, you will not be able to use it to mount the TV. Check the installation guide that came with your VESA Wall Mount to see what patterns it can be adjusted to match or contact its manufacturer for advice...^IFV
