Each burner has a different heat/flame range. Amount of heat/flame output depends on your propane line size and size of regulator on the tank.

The owner's manual does not offer a temperature for the flame. Per Google, a range with Butane in air can get off a flame that is as hot as 3578°F. ^Daphane
