I had this issue too. I fixed it by doing this. Go to the settings menu (push the settings button for several seconds). Go to general tab, then additional settings. Turn Off “quick start+”. This solved the problem for me immediately. It was very annoying. Now it is working perfectly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Disable Quick Start+ All settings, general, additional settings. (Menu options might vary)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same issue with this soundbar with two different brand TV’s. What finally fixed it was going in the the sound touch app. Under the SoundTouch 300 setting there is an HDMI-CEC setting that needs to manually turned on. I think mine was in AUTO and I selected it to ON
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sell your TV and. It a Japanese one These Korean TV's are garbage and the software is buggy AF Insolent 2k on a top end AVR and hundreds on expensive certified cables and nothing solves the problem ,also LG replaced every part in the TV 3 times,or still doesn't work ,you just have to sell it and get a new TV and not a Korean one
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this issue and the QuickStart + solution did not work, but I figured it out: You have to add your sound bar as a “Simplink” device. Go to settings -> connection Turn on Simplink Then below turn on “Auto power sync” Then select “universal control settings” In this menu- add your Bluetooth soundbar as a device. Now when you power off your tv, your soundbar should power off too, and Vice versa, solving the default audio issue.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1. Connect the HDMI Cable to the TV ARC HDMI portal. This is the second HDMI connection from the right at the back of the TV and it is labeled ARC. 2. Connect the other end of the HDMI Cable to the Sound Bar first connection from the left at the back of the Sound Bar 3. Set the TV Sound in the TV menu to HDMI ARC 4. This will default the TV sound output to the Sound Bar and the Sound Bar display will be ARC 5. When you turn on the TV, the Sound Bar will come on as well and it may display OPT for a second and then state ARC
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Assuming your using the HDMI ARC which is HDMI 2 on the LG TV, and you have the cable going into the Bose soundbar ARC HDMI. On the LG TV push settings button on the remote, then click the "all settings" which will appear on the TV screen. Then you will see the setting for the sound output, make sure it is set for HDMI ARC out..
