Question1. I was interested in the FrameTV, but saw that you needed a One Connect - so not interested. Do you need a separate cable/box on this TV similar to the FrameTV? 2. Can you display artwork on this TV when it's turned off? Thank you!

QuestionIf I have to replace a 2019 LG C9 65 Inch tv that works well with my PC, would the 2020 GX seres be a good choice instead of a 2020 C10?

- Answer It would be a good choice over the c10 only if you plan on wall mounting and routing cables in the wall. I preferred the minimalistic look on the wall (with almost no gap) over the legs on a stand or a significant wall gap. A friend of mine has the c10 65 (he purchased it the same week I did the g10 65) and the picture is very close to identical. Hope this helps.

QuestionCan the power outlet be located behind the tv and when plugged in, can power cord still stay tucked behind the tv so it stays flush? In the installation videos the power cable seems to be routed away from the TV. Thanks

We currently do not have the full specifications on it yet, but any VESA Compliant Full Motion Wall Mount that supports the TV's VESA Wall Mount Interface Pattern of 300 x 300 mm will work. QuestionAre you currently able to add your own images in any way, via a flash drive to display in Art Mode? Also, do you plan to change the features of the Art Mode app in the future, to allow an image to remain on the screen instead of rotating? Thanks.

QuestionThe TV reverts to the internal speakers when we turn the TV off and back on. The Soundbar (Bose SoundTouch 300) turns on but the sound is from the internal speakers. How do I keep the sound out setting at HDMI ARC!

- Answer I had this issue too. I fixed it by doing this. Go to the settings menu (push the settings button for several seconds). Go to general tab, then additional settings. Turn Off “quick start+”. This solved the problem for me immediately. It was very annoying. Now it is working perfectly.
