QuestionWhat is the screw size required for the wall mount receivers on the back of the TV. I already have a wall mount, but need the size of screw/washer required as the screws for my old TV don't fit.

- Answer M6 X 12 mm. I had a Sony hung on the wall, pulled the back bracket off and tried the screws in the LG OLED, same ones fit perfect. I mounted that same bracket on the back of the LG and used washers. Just had to use the lowest holes on the TV mounted bracket to make up for the mounting difference location of the back of the TV between the LG and Sony (the LG OLED has the screw locations lower on the back of the TV compared to the Sony - due to the OLED back panel). I chose not to move my wall mounted bracket. If you are mounting the wall bracket, then you can center it exactly where you want.

- Answer They are almost equal. The reason that really got me into getting a C7 instead of an old B6 was the input lag, it is much better on the C7/B7. The cons....the price since you can already get a b6 for much less.

- Answer Yes this is the 2017 model. All LG oleds have 7 in the model number for the 2017 models, and 6 for the 2016 models. I believe it uses HDR10, Dolby Vision, and HybridLogGamma, but no Technicolor HDR as far as we know, yet. Don't let that influence you though, technicolor HDR probably won't be used by many production companies as far as content goes. HDR10 is going to be much more prevalent. B model should be out shortly. Hopefully.

- Answer I think the person saying measurement 22"x 8 5/8, is that for the 55" TV? My 65" C7P measures 27"x 8 5/8, I measured it twice!

QuestionHas anyone experienced burn in and was it covered under the geek squad warranty? If yes, was it a smooth process?

- Answer I haven’t experienced burn in yet but I did have another issue covered by geek squad and it was really easy. They came out to my house and replaced the tv and set up my new LG. Super simple. Geek squad covers burn in which is why I got the five year.

QuestionWhat's the input lag on B7 and C7 models? It's stated to be 21ms for E7 and W7.

- Answer Per http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/lg/c7-oled the lag is 21ms on the C7 (when set to gaming mode). Would be the same on the B7 which is the big box store (such as Costco) versiuon of the C7. My understanding is that the video process circuitry is the same on all of the LG 2017 OLEDs - main difference is in the sound systems.

- Answer Technically, it doesn't have one because it is OLED. Essentially, it can handle any face paced motion on the screen. You will not see any blurring, if you do it's because the settings aren't correct for 24fps movies. If you just use the default settings you will be fine. Enjoy!

- Answer Yes. There is a setting in the Sound menu for dual output to TV speakers and optical audio out.

- Answer Metal trim around the bezel, most people prefer the all black bezel of the C7. The B7 also has a curved stand. The panel itself and the chipset are the same.

QuestionI have Comcast and still watch many shows in standard definition. I want the SD picture on this TV to be at least as good as my 2014 55" Samsung, while it Wows me with HD and 4K content. Will this TV do this, or will I be disappointed in my old SD shows?

- Answer Be careful with this and be sure to try and check out the TV you have your eye on before you buy. I have Verizon FiOS and the performance on my 65C7P in dark areas of the picture when watching cable, or less than pristine content, is a bit disappointing. Honestly, if you watch mostly TV I would advise waiting until 2018 to get an LG OLED. Most of the LG 2018 OLED models will have an alpha-9 processing chip that is supposed to do a much better job with compressed content (cable) and non-HD sources. The hope is that the processing will be much better and begin to approach the excellent processing that Sony TVs with the X1 Xtreme processing chip have.

QuestionCan this TV solely be supported by the stand it comes with when it's placed on a furniture counter? One of the responses indicated the stand needed to be bolted to the surface of furniture.

- Answer This TV need only to be placed on its stand and placed on your TV stand. The stand itself is screwed into its stand, but the stand just sits on your furniture. My set was installed by Geek Squad and that's how they set it up.

QuestionI plan on mounting over a fireplace. There was one other question involving a fireplace and the consensus seemed to be that it's not ideal. Is there a mount that would work and tilt down? Thanks in advance for your response.

- Answer This is the 3rd flat screen I have mounted over a fireplace mantle. I purchased an optional tilting mount which enables me to tilt screen down slightly, maybe 10 degrees, and it works exceptional. I've had three flat-screens mounted over two different fireplaces and never experienced an issue. You do look up slightly but it's not an issue whatsoever. The 65" LG OLED is as big as I would go unless you have very high ceilings.

- Answer I prefer this viewing angle especially with 2 dogs and 7-10 kids runnning around. Ergonomically it’s 10 times better. If your standing to watch it is in an ideal spot. Sitting looking up is more bar-like view but affords your neck to sit in its natural position versus flexed forward and looking down such as on a table. The stand has two vertical bolt holes in which to bury some lag bolts, but you must bury the stand first, then put tv on, then attach tv to stand with L wrench.
