The difference is in the width of the unit. The WD100CW is meant to be used with comparable LG washers that are 27 inches wide, while the WD200CW is to be used with comparable LG washers that are 29 inches wide
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The width is the difference - the WD100CW is 27" wide, and made for the washers that are that wide. The WD200CW is 29" wide.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Lg washer tower 100 series has, rose gold door trim, vs silver on 200 series- 200 series is most efficient, as well it has 360 wash feature,, and washer sense technology..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.WD100CW is for the 4.5 cu washer and the WD200CW pedestal is wider and meant for the large 5 cu ft washer
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. One additional caveat - the Sidekick will only work with LG washers made after 2010, per LG. LG changed the mounting bracket mechanism in 2010. While you can still stack the units and trip the sensor switch on the Sidekick, you cannot cleanly mount the two units together.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I learned the hard way that another important difference is that the 200 series has a “steam refresh” cycle on the dryer whereas the 100 series does not. There is a Wrinkle Care cycle on both, but that feature only allows you to set the dryer so that it continues to intermittently tumble in the event you are not planning to unload the dryer right away. Very misleading as my Whirlpool, which lasted 10 years had all of these features automatically. Bringing it back. .
