Cipher, I currently have this exact router setup on my U-Verse modem. It works flawlessly. I hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. You can add it to your existing network as a wireless router or shut off the wifi signal and just use it as a wired router as well. It should work with any provider. Check with your provider if specific settings are needed at the time of setup.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have At&t uverse as my internet service provider and the Linskys router connected so easily to my At&t modem. The set-up was so easy (and I’m not very tech savvy). I think I had less trouble connecting this than I did with the wifi extender I purchased through At&t.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When I had Uverse, after the second gateway/modem/router replacement, I decided to use my own wireless router. Greater control via the Linksys app. Main reason was that with so many wireless devices connected, I grew tired of changing their settings after uverse replace their gateway. I liked the ability to create a guest network for visitors.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes--but you need to disable router function in ATT Uverse modem after set-up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If it is a modem with an ethernet jack, this router should work just fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know if this will be helpful but, 1. I have an older Linksys router which is compatible with the Comcast modem. 2. Take it home and try it out. Return it for a refund if it doesn't work. Best Buy has a good refund policy if you return it within the prescribed time limit. 3. If it does work, it might not increase your connect speeds (download/upload) . I get 190 megabits average download and 6 upload, which is more than adequate for 99% of all internet usage. 4. Even it it gives you a few more megabits, your current modem/router speeds are probably adequate - continue to use it and save $180.
