Hello, we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with Jitterbug Flip2 phone. Most issues can be resolved by powering your phone off by pressing and holding the On/Off button until the phone is completely off. Leave the phone off for at least 2 minutes and then power back on. This will refresh the phone, however, if you are still experiencing the issues, we suggest you contact our Customer Service between 4am to 7pm, Pacific time so that we can determine why this is happening.
