is there a way to reset the phone that clears out all of the voicemails? perhaps removing the battery for five minutes.

Please try again later.this is possibly the most idiotic feature on this phone - there is no way to either inactivate voicemail or to erase voicemails without listening to the entire voicemail. This is an inexcusable system and one which is almost a fatal flaw making the phone not worth owning - the stupidity involved in setting this up in this manner is virtually unfathomable.

Please try again later.delete voicemail is available you have to listen to the call in it's entirety, my case there was no voicemail. called support and they said listen to call to the end, there was no end after minute or two press 2 key and it asked me if i wanted to delete voicemail. hope this helps

Number 7 does not delete the voicemail. Mary is correct. The user guide has no explanation either. Someone needs to upgrade the software.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.After you've listened to the voice mail it will give you the options to 1 listen again 2 save 3 delete. You have to listen to the whole voice mail to delete it. If you save the voice mail, to delete it you again have to listen to the whole voice mail. I had to call lively to find this out which shows how stupid I am about this stuff.
