I purchased a lively flip phone at BB. They transferred the number from the current AT&T phone account. Said it could take a couple of minutes or up to 3 days. At the end of 3 days the service quit on the old phone and the service has not started on the new phone, two days later. So it has been 5 days since purchase. The phone was purchased for a senior citizen who is unable to navigate this mess. They are now without any cell phone at all. I am trying to get this resolved. Will post later once I have more information. My intent is to cancel the deal altogether and go with another type of phone. I can see that this phone was way too complicated for intended use.
