• I keep getting a call from a company that I don't deal with. They say that I haven't paid my mortgage. I don't have a mortgage so would like to block that number. They keep insisting that I owe them $1,700. 'Thank you for any help.

• Great question! To block numbers on the Jitterbug Flip2 phone, press OK on "Phone" from the Main Menu. Maneuver down to "Call History", and select the desired number. Once selected, it will give you the option to Block Number. For further assistance, you can contact our Customer Service.
