The local network provider determines the length of time they will notify a phone of an incoming call before re-routing to voice mail. There is no way for Lively to change the number of rings.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I agree that twelve rings seems excessive; however, these phones are designed for those who are older and may have mobility issues. If the phone is not immediately accessible, i.e. having to use a cane/walker/rollator to move to different room/location, the twelve rings may be appropriate/helpful.
