what is the activation fee though best buy null

If you do it online there is no fee, otherwise it is $10,00

When activating a new service, there is a one-time $35.00 activation fee. There is a $10.00 discount if you complete the activation on our website.

To the best of my knowledge there is no activation fee. Once you purchase the phone you will receive instructions for setting it up, and go from there. I have my second one, they are great!!!

I paid $38.72 for the activation for the the Jitterbug 2 smart phone.

Their was a coupon within the phone packaging for a $25.00 activation but doing it myself I encountered a problem. ( I think mostly from trying to activate it from another smart phone instead of a computer ) I eventually had to call the 1 800 number . When I called they did honor the $25.00 coupon however. I feel they were very nice and helpful when I called and I did have prior experience with smartphones. I feel that an elderly person with not much experience with how smartphones work may struggle! I wish you luck and hope this helps .
