We cannot guarantee that any third parts apps/features will work on your Jitterbug Smart 2 phone.

Was told by Best Buy it could not be simply transferred as I'd always been able to do. Having changed from 3 different plans & phones, & having my contact list transferred automatically, I can't figure this out. I do appreciate how inconvenient & frustrating it is typing in all the info again!!
