The extra value is the addition of Bluetooth connectivity. The M575 provides Bluetooth for devices that do not have a USB port in addition to the usb receiver for those devices that do not have Bluetooth.

While the M570 uses a USB wireless receiver, the M575 can use the USB or Bluetooth to connect to your computer (making it compatible with some newer computer without the use of USB adapters). Also, the M575 has an optical sensor capable of 2000dpi (M570 has a laser 1000dpi sensor). The M575 was modeled after the MX Ergo and is a little bit more ergonomic than the M570. Whether these upgrades are worth $20 is up to you!
