• A:Answer This is for people who: - Have a powerful PC but don't want to sit at their desk to play PC games - Want a larger screen than their phone with a controller. A 7 inch phone screen is not the same 16:9 aspect ratio and doesn't compare - Want an ergonomic and bigger controller than something like a Kishi or Gamesir that feels flimsy and unstable - Don't want to find a place to prop up their tablet and lean in to see it, just so they can use an Xbox/PlayStation controller - Want a higher resolution screen with better colors than the Steam Deck and don't need that processing power - Don't want to be limited to bad ports of AAA games on the Switch - Don't want to wait 6 months for an IndieGoGo handheld that costs more, runs a desktop OS and has no place to walk in a get an exchange if defective - Like all the emulator handhelds on the market but doesn't trust the brand or build quality - Understand they can steam their PC, Xbox, PlayStation at home and away from home. The holidays are coming. People travel and still want to game on vacation. Do you want to play the low res version on your Steam Deck or take this with you to somewhere that probably also has good internet available? - Understand they can stream from cloud providers. Something like Game Pass gives you streaming with games included. This could be a person's only gaming device. They can even dock it with HDMI output and Bluetooth controller if they wanted a console experience. - Understand they can always fall back on light Android games without an internet connection - Understand more powerful means more battery weight, still shorter battery life - Understand more powerful means heat output in your hand - Understand better screens means a tablet (see above) or smaller size. AYANEO has said they want to make a bigger OLED models but the panels are not available So, yes it is made for humans. Maybe just not you.

• A:Answer Hi! It supports connecting with Bluetooth peripherals such as audio headsets. It also supports to wired ethernet connection by an USB C adapter with ethernet (purchase separately). It doesn't support Bluetooth or wired tethering.

Q: QuestionDo you need to have game pass/live to use this? I have a lot of digital xbox games but don't want to subscribe to a monthly service. Also, I saw you can add storage with a microsd card- can games be downloaded for offline access on that?

• A:Answer Hi Slam! The device is primarily meant to be used as a streaming platform so while a Game Pass, Xbox Live, or even a GeForce Now subscription is greatly recommended, it is not required. This would limit you, however, to streaming from a console or PC directly to the device or the compatible games on the Google Play Store. It is not possible to download Xbox games onto the device with the expandable storage for offline access. As a streaming device, no Xbox or Game Pass games are actually played directly from the device. Hope this helps and thanks for the interest in our product!

It doesn't have the best cpu/gpu, So some of the more intensive games may not run smoothly, since it was designed for just streaming. But non the less, I have played multiple android games perfectly fine, including a game cube emulator.
