Netflix is available on the Logitech G Cloud and does allow downloading of media. If other apps allow for downloading of media on Android, the Cloud supports this as well. An internet connection is required for the use of Cloud gaming services, however the device does allow for the downloading of games from the Google Play store, as well.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can play games locally without an internet connection but the pool of games you will have access to will be limited to android mobile games or emulators. You may be able to gamestream inside your home without an internet connection from a ps4/5, Xbox or pc but in my experience I’ve never tried without having internet in the house. And it should be able to install Netflix no problem, 2 caveats Netflix might need to white list this device so if you go to the play store it might now show up but if you download the app online (not recommended) and transfer it to the Logitech it still might not install if Netflix has restrictions on their end installed. Also there’s the matter of the DRM we still don’t know what level of Widevine DRM it will have so even if Netflix doesn’t block it and you manage to install it it might be SD content, no 720p or 1080p. Sadly we won’t know until the device gets in more hands and can be tested.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The overview says that it supports Steam Link and Xbox Remote play. Both of those work over your LAN via wifi and they don’t require a connection to the worldwide web. Only cloud gaming would require you to have access to the worldwide web so Stadia, GeForceNow, and Xbox cloud wouldn’t work. As for Netflix, its supposed to use the Android operating system. If you know anyone with an Android phone, you could check with them to see if it supports saving videos for offline.
