Questionbluetooth connectivitymy headset is charged but when i try connecting it to my laptop, the headset icon appears for a few second and then disappears. when i turn off the headset and turn it on again, the headset icon again appears for a few seconds, enough for me to try to pair it with my laptop. But i get an error. see screenshot. how to resolve?

- Answer Are you using the USB plug that came with the headphones, Bluetooth, or another Logitech USB plug that came with a keyboard or mouse? If you are using a plug that came with a keyboard or mouse, you will have to use the headset USB plug in addition to the keyboard or mouse one. The advertising is misleading, but headphones cannot be one of the several devices that can share the a USB plug with other Logitech items. Hope this helps, I had the same issue and it took me about an hour to figure it out.

QuestionWhat type of Battery does it use?

- Answer It has an internal rechargeable batter and is charged by a micro-usb port. They can be used while charging. The battery is removable and says: Rechargeable Li-ion Polymer Battery Pack265 mAh 3.7V 1.0 Wh 533-000067 AHB472625PST Hard Pack By searching for that last line I can see that there are replacement batteries available online.

- Answer Hello, Red and beeping = <10% battery left = <30 minutes of talk time left Flashing amber = Headset charging Steady amber = 100% Charging complete To charge the headset, plug the included USB charging cable into your headset and computer. When the headset battery is very low, a full charge can take up to three hours. But you don’t have to stop using the headset because it charges while you talk or listen to music.

QuestionHas anyone used this headset with Dragon Premium speech software? Dragon website says it works but every other recommendation for use with the software is a $200 or more headset.

- Answer I’ve gotten 6 hours + talk time. Using a Samsung fast charger they are at full charge between 2 to 3 hours.

- Answer Hello Sterling, the H800 headset will work with Zoom or Go to Meeting. Just make sure that in your microphone and audio settings are set to the H800 Wireless Headset.

QuestionTrying to use my H800 on Zoom calls on my PC. I follow the instructions, turn off Bluetooth on cell phone, activate on PC. I can hear the test tone and my voice test, but when we start the Zoom call, my colleagues can hear me and I can't hear them. Help

- Answer Hello Bruce. I'm sorry you're experiencing trouble with the H800 headset. Are you trying to use Bluetooth with both your phone and PC? If you are, try using the USB receiver with the PC. This will give you 2 separate connections, that way you won't have to disconnect your phone's Bluetooth to use your computer. Questionis this suppose to be noise cancelling? the sales associate i oredered from said it was but i keep testing it with my boyfriend and theres no way to block out outside noise????

- Answer The microphone on the H800 is noise-cancelling, but the headphones are not. If you're having trouble with the noise-cancelling microphone you'll want to try inserting the USB receiver into another USB port. - Answer From the Logitech website FAQ on H800, "You can pair up to seven Bluetooth devices with your wireless headset. Once you pair the first device, simply initiate the pairing mode of your headset to pair another. While your wireless headset can store up to seven devices, it will only connect to and stream audio from one device at a time." I have personally paired my laptop and cell phone, but (like website says) have to had disconnect from one device and connected to the other.

QuestionHow useful is this for cancelling out loud external noise? Pneumatic drilling outside my building?

- Answer It might be slightly there in the background but it should do an okay job. The best test that I had was a co worker and I were on the same conference call Iin our shared office and it didn’t pick him up. That said a pneumatic hammer is a lot louder.

QuestionI need to replace my Sony Blue Tooth headset. I use it at work when I have meetings on line (almost all are). I need a better microphone, but I also want to hear well in my headphones. Will these work so people can hear me well, and I can still hear well?

- Answer They should work OK for this. The mic is a bit "Tinny" sounding, but I think it's acceptable for online meetings. I don't use it for video recordings, which require a higher level of audio quality.

- Answer Don't know about the tablet but it works nicely for Rosetta stone. If you get it to pair with the computer for sound and speech it works fine.

- Answer Yes, I use it with five9 everyday! Shows up on mine! (Also in five 9 change the headset mode in the drop down before you confirm…),after it’s paired.It has a dongle .. make sure you pair it correctly.

- Answer Hello DadQuestions, although the H800 was optimized for office use, it will work with a switch. You'll only able to hear sound and won't be able to chat through it. We recommend looking at gaming headsets meant for the Nintendo Switch, in order to get the best audio experience. Have a great day.
