From the Logitech website FAQ on H800, "You can pair up to seven Bluetooth devices with your wireless headset. Once you pair the first device, simply initiate the pairing mode of your headset to pair another. While your wireless headset can store up to seven devices, it will only connect to and stream audio from one device at a time." I have personally paired my laptop and cell phone, but (like website says) have to had disconnect from one device and connected to the other.

This headset had acceptable sound quality and was lightweight, but I need to disconnect one device first to connect to next one. It doesn't work for me.. Returning it.
