• Even when charging it still only communicates via the Bluetooth dongle. Make sure the included dongle is plugged in to your computer and the keyboard is turned on (switch in the top right corner).

• Hello, the USB cable that is used for charging the K800 is does not transmit data, so you will need to keep the Unifying USB Receiver plugged into your computer for it to continue to work while charging.

• Should still work if you have it plugged in. Be sure that the switch is turned to on.

• Try turning it off and back on again. Mine works just fine plugged in to either my desktop, or laptop.

• Plug keyboard in to charge as normal, Type as usual with Logitech Bluetooth receiver plugged into laptop. This does not charge from the laptop. you ca
