Hello Joey, Sorry to hear you're having issues returning your 5th Circle. The Serial Number in the box is indeed different from the Serial Number in the camera itself; however most of the times you need the information on the Order Number to process a return, not the Serial Number. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure why but when I returned mine it also did not match, I did not have a problem however since I only purchased one... Don't buy this brand again is the best recommendation.
