• A:Answer Once you plug in the remote dongle and install battery and turn on the mouse with button on the bottom of mouse your MAC should automatically continue to do a driver download. If the 1st attempt fails always try again.

• A:Answer I have the same issue. Just purchased. USB is in and the PC recognises that. Replaced battery. There is no plastic covers anywhere to remove. Yes tried the off/on switch. All to no avail - I assume these cheap ones have a high DOA mortality?
