• A:Answer Flip the mouse upside down and there is a sliding panel which slides open to reveal the battery compartment. It’s the side which has the 2 small black rubber protectors.. I’m pointing the pencil at the part that opens. Use your fingernail to grab the slot and slide outward toward the direction of the 2 feet

Q: QuestionDoes anyone know what the little button behind the scroll wheel does? I like this mouse and have been using it for a while but can't figure out what that button does. I looked at the manual but it doesnt say anything about it. is it the dpi button??

• A:Answer The M720 is a quality mouse that will do well for normal gaming. Although we do have the Logitech G line, which are designed with high-end gaming performance. The multi-device function of this mouse is incredible. Flip between 3 Bluetooth devices with a dedicated button. Use "FLOW" with "Logitech Options" software to seamlessly move between devices. Logitech G mice would use GHUB software instead, without "FLOW" capability. There are some Logitech G devices now with LIGHTSPEED USB and Bluetooth, which can be used to switch between devices.

• A:Answer The M720 can connect via a Logitech Unifying receiver (the little USB dongle) and/or Bluetooth to three computers. There is a button on the side of M720 to change which computer it is currently communicating with. In other words, you can pair it with up to three computers, and switch between them without moving a USB plug around or re-pairing via Bluetooth. The M510 (which I also own) only works with a single computer, and only with a Logitech Unifying receiver: it does not do Bluetooth, and will only work with a single Unifying Receiver. The M510 is a symmetrical design, so works well for people who mouse with the left hand. The M720 is for the right hand.
