• Hello, I am not sure how to measure a mouse but I will tell you that I highly encourage you to visit your local Best Buy and put your hand on this mouse before buying it and taking it home. This is one massive mouse and I do not recommend this for people with smaller hands. This is regarding the Logitech - M720 Triathlon Wireless Optical Mouse - Black
