Yes. As long as you either have a USB port or the computer is bluetooth ready, it will work with Windows 10.

I bought this mouth and the MX Keys keyboard together. I have them attached via bluetooth so I can work on 2 different laptops (HP and DELL) interchangably without using the dongle. Connectivity is lightning fast from one to the other and couldn't be more happy with the purchase. scroll wheel is sensitive but the button in front of it turns on rachet mode that calms it nicely. Your Tosh laptop should support bluetooth just fine. Highly recommended.
