• If your talking about the wheel and scrolling, it has two settings. One is quiet and makes no noise and the other setting clicks but not very loud. You have to push the button directly below the wheel.

• The quiet part is the scrolling only. (it's quiet if you click the button on top). But when you use the left or right click it's loud. I like that it can connect to multiple devices but I wish that the left/right click was silent.

• The scrolling wheel is extremely loud. Probably the loudest I have ever experienced. Just check the YouTube videos.
