• Go to settings>Bluetooth>pair. Then hit the Bluetooth button on the keyboard then type the number it tells you and push the Bluetooth button again.

• Look at the directions carefully. I had the same problem and then reread directions. There is an indicator key on the uppermost right hand side. You might have to press it. I can't remember exactly, but my keyboard now is attached and works.

• Go the the manufacturers website. I found it to be simple to pair. Logitech has a great forum I have used it many times over the years. Check your owners manual also.
