“I am looking for a case for iPad 7th generation, plus the Apple keyboard. It looks like maybe I should return the keyboard and get this Logitech that includes the keyboard in the case? Can't tell from product description. Thanks”

Yes that is a good choice, the Apple keyboard may be a little better quality, but not by much and the logictech protects the ipad much better and works quite well. Major difference is apple keyboard is powered by ipad, logictech has a battery the they say should last over a year, but then will need to be replaced.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This folio has a good keyboard and attaches well to the iPad. I can’t compare it to the Apple one since I didn’t try it out but this works well. It opens and closes well and the iPad docks well into the slot when it is open. I believe it gets charged through the iPad so it can drain your iPad after prolonged use (you can still get 8 hours of heavy use from the iPad and folio combo)I use this iPad for my Electrijic medical Reicrd program which involves heavy typing, dictating, and photography and so far the battery life on my iPad has been acceptable. . The only thing that is a little tricky is trying To take pictures with your iPad while using the folio. It flips backward well but can cover the camera.the folio provides decent protection and clamshells shut securely. The slot for the pencil is very handy. I recommend it.

I'd definitely recommend if you're using your iPad mostly at home, or if you need lots of protection when you go mobile. The Logitech is definitely thicker than the Apple version but it may just protect better!
