A:Answer Hello, thank you so much for the question. Sound is supposed to come from both speakers. We recommend double checking to see that there is a secure connection to your device. If that still doesn't fix the issue, you most likely have a faulty pair. Two things you can do. One, you can return and exchange it for a new one back at the store. Or, you can also fill out a warranty ticket and wait for one of our Support Specialists to reach back out to you to get the issue resolved.
