No. The set-up instructions are on the box itself. (If you want to see the instructions: https://www.logitech.com/assets/65953/z407-bluetooth-computer-speakers-with-subwoofer.pdf). Took me all of 10 minutes (if that) to get everything set-up and connect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In theory, no. It takes a bit to open the control to insert batteries - instructions are totally unclear. You don't press down, you slide toward you. You are just removing the top cover. However, after batteries are in, the control is supposed to connect automatically to the speakers - that does not happen. Then, you have the option to connect to the computer but that steady colored light you're waiting for never comes.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Mike79, The Logitech Z407 speakers are not difficult to set up. I have attached a link to the “getting started” guide for your reference. To setup the Z407 speakers: plug the two speakers into the subwoofer, plug in the power cable, and insert 2 AAA batteries into the wireless control dial. The Z407 speakers can connect via Bluetooth, 3.5mm cable, or micro-USB (Micro-USB cable is not included). The Wireless Control Dial controls input selection, and bass adjustment. With Bluetooth or Micro-USB connected devices, the Wireless Control Dial and can also be used to play/pause, skip or rewind. Please feel welcome to visit the Logitech support website if you need further assistance. Best regards, John at Logitech https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360055951534
