• i have used my Magic-Jack reliable with speeds as low as 1 MBPS download and 512 upload (your average ultra slow dsl connection) - you may notice issues if you have multiple devices using the internet (most notably streaming) while trying to make a call if your speeds are that slow

• 60 mbps, but may drop a word if other devices are connected. At 100 mbps all will work perfect !

• We have Fairpoint Communications as an Internet provider in NH and it is very slow but Magic Jack works great with it.

• I have used it with much slower internet DSL. 14 mbit you can probably get away with 5 if it is absolutely alone.
